After 11 years in the military I know just how important physical fitness is but also mental robustness.
I haven’t just done your basic personal training courses. I have done the following:
  • Advanced Diploma in Personal Training
  • PICP 1 and 2 certified
  • PICP 3 and 4 (require athletes for full certification)
  • Biosignature analysis 1 and 2
  • NLP Coach (neurolinguistic programming)
Now I don’t just believe in courses for horses. I like to understand what I am going to be demanding of my clients so to that end I have taken part and will continue to take in numerous Body composition and strength training courses, where I essentially get to experience the sort of training sessions that I programme for my clientele.
I believe that you cannot stop learning and moving. The minute you do, is the minute you stop trying to become the best person/coach you can be.

Hi my name is Edd, a level 3 CYQ certified Personal Trainer/ Nutritionist. I have been involved in the fitness industry for almost six years. Competing nationally in Powerlifting and now venturing into amateur boxing, the skills and experience I have picked up on the way, alongside my avid research into all things strength and fitness related, makes me the perfect choice to help you reach your goals.
I like to specialise in strength and conditioning training for your sport, making you a more competitive and all round athlete. From Rugby to Football, Boxing to Basketball, building a foundation in strength will put you ahead of the game. The funny thing is, this is also the best way to get in great shape! Not a competitive athlete? My training will give you the body you’ve always desired, whilst improving posture and functional (day to day) movements.

The culmination of who I am and what I do today are built from my early experiences of play as a child. I was fortunate enough to be raised in one of the last generations without the excess of technology we see today limiting our physical activity and detrimentally effecting our health

The journey so far has taken me through school, college and onto University resulting in both a BSc and MSc in Performance Coaching, with certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association of America (NSCA) also gained to enable the application of knowledge gained in both a performance and general public setting.
My time spent in education has been supported by roles as a Sport Scientist in both University and professional Football settings, as well as a full time position as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a training facility within the Cardiff area.
