I am a Strength and Conditioning coach currently working at a Premier League football club academy.

​I have worked with individuals who have never stepped foot into the gym before, right up to international sportsmen and women from multiple sporting backgrounds.

I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals through performance related training. No matter whether performance for you is being able to cope with a full day of work without any pain or discomfort, or being able to run a marathon, or achieving better results within your chosen sport, I have the toolset to be able to help you get there.

​There are so many over priced programmes out there that are made with the sole focus of making money, that tend to leave you in the dark and lost with your training and direction to get you to the next level. I have a genuine desire to help people and I have spent years gaining both academic and practical experience to ensure the best possible service to any individual i train.

Once we have established your relevant goals the Compound Team will then design a programme bespoke to you.

Programs will be sent via pdf.

All programmes are tailored to a 6-week period, unless agreed otherwise during the consultation.

For any exercises you are unsure of links will be provided to the correct movement to correct form and technique.

Payment price for each programme is £49 for 6 weeks including consultation

The Full Works programme is £79. This includes a weekly phone or video call

Payments will be made direct on The Compound Website

Consultation will need to be booked in advance. The only available times for booking 7pm 8pm 9pm and 10pm Mon-Fri

A full refund is available during your first six-week programme if you’re not happy with the service.
