Gym membership packages from just £35 per month
All inclusive of our great monthly or year membership these boot camps are a great way to achieve your goals. The high intensity boot camp sessions are run and developed by the experienced Compound PT team to ensure safety and quality in every session.
Every session is unique incorporating various styles of trainings, movements as well as body or weighted exercises including strongman training, sports conditioning, kettle bells or insanity style workouts.
